Not all of my songs are tagged with artist and song title. Is there a solution?
  Radio2MP3 uses a song recognition database to determine the artist and title of each song. Every effort is made to make this database as complete as possible, but sometimes a song isn't yet listed.

 Is Radio2Mp3 a subscription service like Rhapsody and Napster?
  No. Radio2Mp3 is a software that runs on your computer that lets you search for, listen and record all the music you want. It also comes with a CD burner, media converter and track splitter. Since Radio2Mp3 is not a service... there are no pay per song fees or monthly service chanrges.

  Is there a Mac version of Radio2MP3?
  No, Radio2MP3 is only available for PC.

  At what bitrate do streams come through?
  It all depends on the originating server/broadcasting source. Many stream at 128K... some at 196K. Some less.

  Can I listen and record at the same time to internet radio streams?
  Sure. Radio2Mp3 has its own built-in Media Player. We have also included an option allowing you to select your favorite media player (such as Winamp,  iTunes, Windows Media Player, etc).

  Are my downloaded songs organized for me by name, artist, and title?
  Yes, each recorded/downloaded song appears as a separate MP3 with artist, title, album, year and file size.

  Do I have to buy a third-party Audio CD Burner such as Nero to create audio CDs?

  How do I add a station to my Favorites?
  You can manually add the station using the "Add Station" button located on the top tab, or you can search stations by keywords or bitrates, click and drag them to your "Favorites" window.

  After few minutes of playing a station, I get disconnected. Why?
 This means the data coming from the station was not enough to keep the stream going. It may be the station, heavy internet traffic, or you are trying to stream a station that is higher than the capability of your connection.

NOTE: "Rebuffering", simply means that you are having trouble receiving the stream because of a high level of Internet traffic. Or simply the server load - please try again later.

Some of the stations may not operate a 24-hour audio streaming feed. Many close down at night or operate only for a few hours on certain days, or perhaps only on weekdays.

Many Radio stations in the preset / playlist are unavailable . Why?   Internet radio stations often change their streaming address, that's why the built-in preset / playlist might be obsolete.  To get the latest Internet radio stations list, you can visit our internet radio stations list which is a live feed from Shoutcast.

I got error run-time error '339'. What happen?
  This means file RICHTX32.OCX file is not exist / registered in your windows installation. This happens in some windows Vista environment. Follow these steps to fix the error :
1. Download file RICHTX32.OCX here or here.
2. Put RICHTX32.OCX file in your \windows\system32 folder.
3. Registering the OCX file by going to: START > RUN > CMD (Command Prompt) , then type command:
regsvr32.exe %systemroot%\system32\RICHTX32.OCX
4.You should see the message DllRegisterServer in C:\WINDOWS\system32\RICHTX32.OCX succeeded. after running the above command. You can now rerun radio2mp3 application.
5. In case error "The module xxx.dll was loaded but the call to DllRegisterServer failed
with error code 0x8002801c", run the CMD (Command Prompt) with administrator privilege by doing 'right click' then choose 'Run as Administrator'. Redo step 4 above.

After purchase, where should I put  my registration information?  After 5 initial usage, the application will ask for your registration information (Name, Company, Email, Registration Key). Make sure to put exactly same information as provided. Even small differences (i.e. space, caption) will cause the registration process unsuccessful.

  What kind of streaming link format that Radio2MP3 support?     Currently Radio2MP3 only support streaming link format with *pls*  extension. You can find thousands of online radio using this streaming format like Shoutcast and SkyFM. You can always visit our internet radio stations list which is a live feed from Shoutcast.
