Official Rules

Eligibility:
Radio2MP3 Sweepstakes Giveaway is offered only in the United States to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at time of entry. Employees of radio2mp3.com, (the "Sponsor"), its affiliated companies, auditors, marketing agency, major suppliers, competitors, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) or members of their households (whether or not related) are not eligible. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which will be final.

To Win:
The Winners will be selected in random drawing by radio2mp3.com staff from all eligible entries who entered. Winners may be announced on radio2mp3.com website, through links from the Sweepstakes and/or by Email. Winners must claim their prize and confirm their eligibility within 15 days. If the information you provide us while registering is not true and incomplete, or the email address you registered with is not working, or violated other contest rules, you will not be eligible to win. No cash redemption, assignment, transfer or substitution of a prize may be permitted.

The Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning in any drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received. Taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. Void where prohibited or in jurisdictions requiring registration.

General Conditions:
Each winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, Taxpayer ID number and where lawful, a Publicity Release within 15 days of notification. Failure to return documents in a timely manner, or if prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, will result in disqualification. By entering the Giveaway you are authorizing radio2mp3.com to publish your name and location if you are selected as a Winner; by accepting a Prize, where permitted by law, winner grants to radio2mp3.com. the right to use and publish his or her name, portrait, picture, for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration or review globally on the World Wide Web. Further, by accepting the prize the winner releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, participation in any Giveaway-related activity, or participation in this Giveaway.

radio2mp3.com, reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be submitting multiple entries, providing any false or misleading or incomplete information, tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or Website; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in an inappropriate or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, disparage, harass, harm, or threaten or any other person or group. Any use of automatic, programmed or similar entry methods will void all such entries by such person and those acting in concert with him or her. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users with the same e-mail account, the decision of the Sponsor is final.

radio2mp3.com is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Web site users, tampering, hacking or by any of the programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or tampering with, the Web site or database. If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned by reason of legal impediments, infection by computer viruses, hacking, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend or extend the Giveaway and/or select the winner(s) from entries received prior to the action taken.
